Passengers can be Vietnamese citizens and foreigners and must follow Vietnam’s COVID-19 prevention regulations including a negative SARS-CoV-2 test result using the PCR technique provided by competent medical authority in English 3-5 days prior to entry, a paper of registration for a centralized quarantine facility allowed by the Vietnamese government, and installing a health declaration app.
