Vietnam Airlines resumes service to China

(VOVWORLD) -Ho Chi Minh City -Guangzhou flight of Vietnam Airlines took off at 9:55 on Friday morning, the first commercial flight between Vietnam and China after a three-year Covid hiatus.

Vietnam Airlines has planned to resume some flights to China, which has eased its pandemic prevention policies and travel restrictions.

In the first phase, it will resume three routes to China, namely the Ho Chi Minh City-Guangzhou every Friday; Hanoi-Shanghai from next Monday; and Ho Chi Minh City-Shanghai from next Wednesday.  

Passengers are required to have PCR test results 48 hours before flight time, declare to get a health code, and strictly comply with the regulations on wearing N95 masks upon entry, and quarantine according to regulations of the authorities.
