Each passenger is allowed to bring along no more than two branches. Passengers must book the service in advance at ticket offices of Vietnam Airlines and its affiliate Pacific Airlines nationwide and receive confirmation. Other ornamental plants are not eligible for the program.

With the launch of its e-commerce site vnamall.vietnamairlines.com, the carrier offers peach blossoms and ochna flower purchase and delivery services for customers living in Hanoi and HCM City starting Friday.
