The same day, Vietnam Airlines’ flights VN1262 and VN1263, both between HCM city and Vinh city, will depart at 2:40pm instead of 6:30am, and at 5pm instead of 9am respectively. 
Meanwhile, Jestar Pacific’ flights BL486 and BL487 between HCM city and Thanh Hoa province will depart at 9:25am instead of 6:20am, and at 12 noon instead of 8:55am on Thursday respectively.
