Vietnam's export turnover to the six countries achieved high growth, reaching 25.3 billion USD, an increase of 17% over last year. Import turnover increased 23%, to 23.9 billion USD.

Since July, a decrease in Vietnam's exports to Japan, Singapore, Canada and Malaysia, has been noted, but exports to Chile, Peru, and Australia have increased, said the Import-Export Department of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

CPTPP is an agreement that removes most tariffs among its 11 members: Australia, Brunei, Canada, Chile, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore, and Vietnam.
