The Vice President emphasized the relationship of equality, cooperation and mutual benefit between Vietnam and other countries and international organizations.

“We hope that female Ambassadors, female representatives of international organizations, who are women associated with culture, can use soft power to enhance cooperation between Vietnam and international organizations and countries in the coming time,” Xuan said, adding that “This is a way for us to connect and promote cooperation for peace, cooperation and development in the region and in the world. We are all female leaders, so it is necessary to incorporate gender in cooperation policies and areas to give women the best access to development opportunities.”
