Ms. Thinh said the Party and State will always value the contributions and sacrifices of war invalids, martyrs, policy beneficiaries, Agent Orange/dioxin victims, and people who have rendered great service to the nation.

She asked local authorities to support disadvantaged children and policy beneficiaries and strengthen socio-economic development programs for ethnic people and people living in mountain regions.
