In an interview with Russia’s state-owned TV channel RT, Rodriguez accused Guaido of breaking the law and being "a Venezuelan who conspires with foreign interests to overthrow the constitutional government".

On Twitter, Guaido said he would return to Caracas on Monday following his visits to various South American countries and called on people to gather together in demonstrations of support.
