The strikes targeted the residential areas of the villages of Bu-Badran and al-Sousa.
The reports come after Col. Sean Ryan, spokesman for the US Army confirmed on Friday that coalition strikes had taken place in the area on Thursday. The US-led coalition also confirmed the deaths of more than 1,100 Syrian and Iraqi civilians. Human rights organizations, however, make much higher numbers.
Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) said Syrian government forces on Saturday regained control over the last resort of IS in southern Syria after months of intense fighting. The government regained control of the Tulul al-Safa area, located between the Damascus and Sweida provinces, after the IS gunners fled to the Badia Desert.
