On Saturday, he sought to fire up Black and Latino supporters, who could be key in the presidential election, in a campaign-style rally that focused on his administration's support for law enforcement.
The President repeated his vow to defeat COVID-19, saying that the US is producing powerful therapies and drugs. He said a Covid-19 vaccine will be out quickly in record time and that the US army will distribute the vaccine quickly.
