The newspaper said that US and Ukrainian officials acknowledged that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's ban on talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin had generated concern in parts of Europe, Africa, and Latin America where the conflict between Russia and Ukriane is affecting food and fuel costs.

The National Security Council and the Department of State have not yet commented on the report.
