(VOVworld) – UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon announced a new report on Friday at a conference for local leaders on the sidelines of the UN Climate Change Conference in Paris (COP 21).

The report focuses on specific policies and mechanism to attract investment for much-needed climate-smart infrastructure in cities. It introduces five recommendations for mobilizing investment in low-emission, climate-resilient urban infrastructure.
