Mr. Trump told the Fox Business Network by phone that he is feeling well and has stopped receiving all COVID-19 treatment except steroid anti-inflammatory drugs.
He objects to the 2nd presidential debate being held online, because, he says, it will allow the moderator to interrupt him.
