The announcement comes as President Trump is being treated at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center for COVID-19 infection.

"Operation MAGA" will include virtual events before Wednesday's vice presidential debate in Salt Lake City, Utah. Vice President Mike Pence will begin a swing through key states following this debate.

The First Family members - Donald J Trump Jr, Eric Trump and his wife Lara - will host virtual events in battleground states until the vice presidential debate on Wednesday, when the in-person events will commence.

The campaign will also deploy its coalitions, including Women for Trump, Black Voices for Trump, Latinos for Trump and others for events in key states.
