Traditional ASEAN costumes on display in Hanoi

(VOVWORLD) - Traditional costumes of the ten ASEAN countries are being showcased in Hanoi to celebrate the 5th anniversary of the ASEAN Community and Vietnam’s ASEAN Chairmanship in 2020.

The costumes include Vietnam’s five-paneled aristocratic gown, Thai men’s Raj Pattern, Malaysian women’s Baju Kurung, and Malaysian men’s Baju Melayu.

The week-long exhibit, which opened on Wednesday, also features photos of ASEAN’s natural landscape, culture, and people.

The exhibition will run until next Wednesday.
