The festival includes food festivals, fashion shows, street markets, folk games, and exhibits. Visitors can attend an art exhibit featuring Satsuma pottery from Japan at the Lieu Quan Buddhist Cultural Center.

Nguyen Van Phuc, Director of the provincial Department of Tourism, said, "The festival motivates the tourism industry in Thua Thien-Hue province to continue to invest in infrastructure, equipment, and improved service capacity."
