In his letter, Mr. Hue noted with pleasure that the rare, exemplary and faithful comradeship and fraternity between Vietnam and Cuba have been consolidated continuously and developed comprehensively amid unpredictable global uncertainties and the COVID-19 pandemic.

He affirmed that the Vietnamese legislature will make every effort to promote the special relationship between the two countries, as well as the close cooperation between the two legislative bodies, for the sake of the people of both countries.
