Top legislator Vuong Dinh Hue affirms support for Ben Tre to enhance its growth

Chairman Hue said: "The resolution of the Party Committee of Ben Tre’s province is on planning. The province needs to adjust its plans in line with the NA Standing Committee’s resolution while more efforts should be made to make plans for the next five years. It’s also important to prepare projects to call for investment, engage scientists and experts in the planning work, and mobilize more resources. The NA will work closely with the province in this effort."

Specific mechanisms and support for Ben Tre province and other Mekong River Delta provinces were discussed at the meeting. The Party Politburo will sign a Resolution on Socio-Economic Development in the Mekong River Delta which includes Ben Tre province.
