Vice Secretary of the Quang Tri provincial Party Committee, Pham Duc Chau, called on local administrations, sectors, organizations, and people to better manage natural resources, protect the environment, enhance communications activities, and improve awareness on protecting the seas and islands. The local administrations are urged to concentrate on marine economic development and oceanic resource protection.
