On Sunday, Hoan Kiem District People’s Committee held a ceremony to mark the completion of a project to renovate Hoan Kiem Lake’s surrounding areas after 5 months of work. The project was to mark the 1010th anniversary of the capital city and Hanoi’s 17th Party Congress.
