By sending the text message “TALS” to the number 1405 before the end of July, you can contribute 20,000 VND (90 cents) to a fund for identifying martyrs’ remains using DNA testing and providing savings books and charitable houses to martyrs’ families and heroic mothers.

This is the 6th time a program of this kind has been held to educate people, especially youths, about Vietnam’s tradition of showing gratitude to heroic martyrs who sacrificed their lives for national independence and the people’s happiness.

Organizers of the texting program include the Vietnam Martyrs Family Supporting Association, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Vietnam Red Cross Society, and the National Humanitarian Portal.
