At an emergency meeting on Sunday, Deputy Defense Minister Hoang Xuan Chien said, “The High Command has reactivated all COVID-19 prevention and control measures in all of its units pursuant to the Prime Minister's Directive 19. “We will strengthen control of border gates increase patrols along the borders, enhance communications to make people in border areas aware of heightened pandemic risk.
