The program will strengthen IT application in State agencies, e-government, online public services, and national information security. The program’s goal is to give 100% of ministries, ministry-level agencies, and cities and provinces a sharing foundation and an integrated package by 2020 and to connect at least 50% of ministry information systems at all levels.
