(VOVworld)- On Wednesday, the Investment Review organized a press conference announcing the 2016 “Swing for the Kids” Charity Golf Tournament.

Held for the 10^th year, the challenge will take place at the Legend Hill Golf Course in Soc Son on the outskirts of Hanoi on April 23. 200 golfers from the diplomatic corps, international organizations and enterprises are expected to participate in the event. All proceedings will be donated to poor children with outstanding academic results. At the press conference, the organizers presented scholarships worth 500 USD each to Thao Seo Si from Thai Nguyen Forestry Agriculture University and Le Van Tu from the Hanoi Education University. Over the past nine years, the organizers have presented 12,000 scholarships to poor students and help upgrade schools in 40 cities and provinces. Total donations were worth more than 500,000 USD.
