Julius Trotter was located in a home in California and was arrested after a car chase. The victims, a man and a woman, came to Las Vegas with a Vietnamese tourist group, who were on a trip organized by their company. Their bodies were found in their hotel room with multiple stab wounds. The arrest came a day after police in Las Vegas said they were seeking a man in his late 20s with a tattoo just below the neckline. Las Vegas Police said that the attack probably happened about the time someone reported hearing arguing in a room on the 21st floor of the hotel. Julius Trotter is being held at a jail in San Bernardino County. Last year, he pleaded guilty in Las Vegas and was sentenced to five years of probation for felony resisting of a police officer with a weapon and reckless driving.
