Chairman of the municipal People’s Committee Nguyen Thanh Phong said that startup models and support activities in the city are diverse. HCMC’s start-up support policies have created a safe, open investment environment for 440,000 enterprises, 32% of Vietnam’s total.

To help students start business until 2025, the city’s high schools, vocational schools, colleges and universities offer startup training programs.
