He said: "We need to transform community learning centers into hubs of digital and eco-friendly innovation, develop a set of criteria for “green schools” at the local level, and foster partnerships among schools, families, and society in building “Green Schools” in order to raise public awareness about  environmental education. We aim to build training centers for people to comprehensively develop in terms of personality, qualities, intelligence, and education to gradually strengthen "Green Learning Citizens" for the future."
