The stamp set consists of one single stamp and one souvenir sheet. 

The single stamp depicts President Ho Chi Minh, the founder of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam.

The souvenir sheet features the National Emblem of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam alongside a map of the country highlighting the sacred and complete sovereignty over its seas and islands.

The sheet’s background incorporates the image of the Dong Son bronze drum, symbolizing a thousand years of civilization and evoking the nation’s historical roots and rich cultural heritage. 

The stamp measures 32x43 mm, while the souvenir sheet measures 80x100 mm, with face values of 4,000 VND (0.15 USD) and 19,000 VND, respectively.

Designed by artist Nguyen Du of the Vietnam Post Corporation, the set is available at provincial and municipal post offices and transaction points nationwide.
