Son La plums return on Vietnam Airlines flights

(VOVWORLD) - National flag carrier Vietnam Airlines will continue to serve plums grown in the northern mountain province of Son La on its domestic and international flights.

This is part of an agreement on comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam Airlines and Son La authorities in March this year. 

Vietnam Airlines will serve fresh plums and plum juice and cakes, said Nguyen Thanh Cong, Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee.

“The presence of Son La plums on flights worldwide proves that the fruit meets the standards and conditions required by the most demanding markets," he noted. 

Son La has recently exported plum products to the US, Germany, and France.
