At a meeting in Singapore on Monday with Secretary of the municipal Party Committee Nguyen Thien Nhan, Lee said Singapore always values its ties with Vietnam and Ho Chi Minh City, especially when both are members of the ASEAN Smart Cities Network. He said he supports bilateral collaboration in the fields of urban development and education and training.
