Binh, who is also Secretary of the CPV Central Committee and Head of the Party Commission for Economic Affairs, made the statement during a meeting on Wednesday with Li Qiang, Politburo member of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and Secretary of the Shanghai Party Committee.

Binh said Vietnam will create optimal conditions for Shanghai businesses to invest in large-scale projects applying high technology in line with the country’s sustainable development needs. Li introduced the city’s socio-economic situation and reform experiences and cooperative relations between Vietnam and Shanghai, as well as measures to bolster bilateral cooperation in the near future.
