Participants discussed the building of a connectivity network of education for the disabled, improving professional competence, and raising public awareness of eliminating discrimination against the disabled in education activities. 

During the period, at least 70 percent of disabled people at school age will access quality, fair and friendly education while at least half of managerial staff and teachers will receive training in the field.
