(VOVworld) – The Ministry of Justice organized a seminar on Monday to discuss a draft report on collecting public opinion and drafting amendments to the Civil Code. The Ministry said by April 15 it had received thousands of opinions to the draft revision. The revised Civil Code have adopted a lot of changes to realize the Party’s guidelines, the 2013 Constitution, and Vietnam’s international commitments on human rights and civil rights.
