The event in Hanoi on Friday, which involved more than 100 delegates, provided opportunities to strengthen the traditional friendship between the two countries and develop socialism with national characteristics for peace, cooperation, and development in the region and the wider world. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Quoc Ly, deputy director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, underscored Vietnam’s major achievements, which stemmed from the Communist Party of Vietnam’s reform in Party building. He said the Party has upheld its principles of constantly pursuing and developing the Party ideology, socialism, and building a law-governed socialist state of the people, by the people, and for the people under the sole leadership of the Communist Party.
