(VOVworld) – Scientific and technological restructuring is an important task of the Ministry of Science and Technology in 2015, said Minister Nguyen Quan. He noted that a project to restructure Vietnam’s science and technology sector is being designed, focusing on restructuring the organization of the public scientific and technological system, human resources, investment in scientific and technological activities, and financial resources allocated to this sector. Minister Quan added that changing the way of thinking of leaders, managers, and researchers will be a decisive factor in making this project a success.
