The head of the Russian center for reconciliation of the warring parties in Syria, Lieutenant General Sergei Kurylenko said that the ceasefire regime in Damascus suburb extended for another day, until 21h GMT on May 2. Syria confirmed the information and said that the 72-hour silence mode was observed in the Northern areas of Latakia province. Acknowledging that the crisis in Aleppo is unacceptable, the US and Russia have not yet reached the ceasefire deal.
