He said the Russian side will take necessary retaliatory measures, as is customary in diplomatic practice.
In face of continuing clashes between Ukrainian government troops and separatists in the east, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, French President Francoise Hollande, and leaders of Russia and Ukraine had a talk on the phone on Friday. Clashes have continued in Ukraine’s eastern part regardless of the Mink II ceasefire agreed among Russia, Ukraine, France, and Germany in February.
