The event is important in preserving and promoting the traditional cultural values of ethnic minority people. Dao people in Tuyen Quang, with the population of 90 thousand people, mainly live in Na Hang and Lam Binh district. Red Dao people’s costume, which is sophisticated in every step of the making process is distinguishable from other tribes’ clothes.
