UNESCO heritage site Ha Long Bay in the northern province of Quang Ninh

With the theme "Tourism recovery in East Asia in the new normal era”, the event will include a signing ceremony of the meeting’s Joint Statement and recommendations on developing tourism cooperation between EATOF members in the ‘new normal’ period.

Pham Ngoc Thuy, Director of the Quang Ninh Department of Tourism said the event will reaffirm Quang Ninh's ability to organize major international conferences.

"We are discussing with member provinces elevating the forum to an alliance and tightening cooperation to promote Vietnamese tourism internationally. We hope the event will promote Quang Ninh's tourism throughout the region," Thuy said.

The Forum will include symposiums and tourism promotion activities.
