The province plans to disburse at least 174 million USD more in December to reach 100% for 2025.
Quang Ninh’s total public investment in 2025 is now 647 million USD, over 193 million USD more than the initial plan. The province has cleared land, material, and planning issues, allowing investors and contractors to work extra hours and add equipment.
The disbursement of provincial projects in Quang Ninh has reached 196 million USD out of 388 million USD while the projects transferred from the district level are speeding up for December. Key works including Van Ninh Port and the Van Don – Mong Cai Expressway link, are being worked on continuously to build the new logistics hub. Many contractors run three or four shifts. Nine riverside road projects on the Ha Long – Hai Phong Expressway aim to finish over 10 km of road and spend more than 13.2 million USD this month.
