He expressed his belief that the diplomats will uphold their responsibility to develop Vietnam's external relations, enhance Vietnam’s position in the international arena, and support the overseas Vietnamese community.

The Minister said he hopes the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ambassadors will continue to help the Ministry of Public Security expand international cooperation, strengthen relations with other countries’ security and law enforcement agencies and with international organizations on security, crime prevention, and law enforcement.
