PM Chinh asked the province to strongly promote the revolutionary tradition and culture, implement the socio-economic recovery and development program and the national target program in a timely and effective manner.

He said Ninh Binh should not let its guard down in the prevention and control of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Efforts should be made to reform the growth model, restructure the economy based on the application of science, technology and innovation, and concentrate all resources on developing economic infrastructure- social infrastructure, especially coordinated and modern transport infrastructure for intra-regional and inter-regional connectivity, he said, adding that solutions should be implemented to improve administrative reform and the business investment environment.
