Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh receives Cambodia’s National Assembly President

(VOVWORLD) - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh praised the success of negotiations between Vietnamese NA Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue and Cambodia’s NA President Samdech Heng Samrin as well as the cooperation between the two legislatures  over the years.

At a reception for the Cambodian top legislator on Tuesday, Prime Minister Chinh highlighted the significance of Mr. Heng Samrin’s visit during Vietnam-Cambodia Friendship Year 2022 and the 55th anniversary of diplomatic ties.

He praised Cambodia’s contributions as 2022 Chair of ASEAN and ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly (AIPA) and expressed his belief in the success of the upcoming ASEAN Summits and AIPA General Assembly scheduled for November in Phnompenh.
