Addressing the new school year ceremony of National Defense Academy in Hanoi on Wednesday, the Prime Minister asked the Academy to promote its implementation of Party resolutions and strategy on national defense and research more on new warfare formats while providing timely and well-prepared advisory in proactive national defense in all circumstances.
