At a meeting with the Academy on Thursday, he urged the Academy to identify core interests of its partners to protect the Party’s ideology and guidelines. The Academy should study measures to defeat attempts of hostile forces, particularly prior to important national events, including the 13th National Party Congress and the 15th National Assembly election.
He affirmed that the Vietnamese Party and State, and the Vietnam People’s Army will continue to mobilize all resources for sustainable national development.
