Prime Minister Chinh, who is also Chairman of the Central Emulation and Rewards Council, said the pandemic is posing a great challenge for us in prevention and control efforts and socio-economic recovery.

“In order to strongly rekindle the patriotic tradition, solidarity, mutual support, and efforts to overcome difficulties and with the spirit of "fighting the pandemic like fighting the enemy," on behalf of the leaders of the Party, State, and the Central Emulation and Rewards Council, I launch a special emulation movement "The whole country unites to prevent, control and defeat the COVID-19 pandemic," he said.
