Prime Minister Chinh who is on a working visit to Ba Ria-Vung Tau emotionally wrote in a guestbook: "Respectfully bowing to the heroic spirit of Vo Thi Sau, the heroic daughter of the harsh Red Land full of feats and the brave soldier, who sacrificed her life for national independence and freedom. Living heroically, dying gloriously, her name, the young martyr at the age of 16, who was brave and indomitable in the face of the enemy's guns, will forever be remembered in the nation's history of fighting foreign invaders."
