Speaking at the first session of the National Steering Committee for Cyber Security and Safety, the Prime Minister said in addition to advantages brought about by digital transformation, many new tasks have been set. The Prime Minister said it’s necessary to strengthen state management, fine-tune institutions, create consensus in leadership, improve technological, financial and human capability to ensure cyber security and safety, and protect the interest of the nation, businesses, the public and other stakeholders.
The Prime Minister asked the Steering Committee in which the Ministry of Public Security plays the role of the Standing Agency and other affiliate agencies, ministries, and sectors to take urgent measures to defend cyber security and safety, especially amid complications around the world.
