Mr. Phuc on Friday met in Hanoi 50 exemplary people, representing 400 delegates attending a ceremony to commend "The silent shining examples for the community." He said the Party and State always cares for people with meritorious services, the poor, the disabled, and people suffering from natural disasters.

The compassionate hearts are a precious resource of the society, Mr.Phuc said, adding that the help of individual is very important besides the support from the State.

The Prime Minister suggested that the Party Committees and local authorities at all levels set good examples, spreading the humanity and affection of the Vietnamese people.

He assigned the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs to work on a project on developing a social work profession and ensuring the development healthcare, justice and social welfare.
