The President urged the leaders of Quang Ninh to focus on removing bottlenecks, reforming administrative procedures, speeding up digital transformation, and applying science and technology to develop agriculture and rural areas.

He addressed a conference to approve the 2025 draft report by the Party’s Politburo and Secretariat on inspecting the Standing Board of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee. “I hope Quang Ninh will continue to take off and fly higher. To do so, I suggest reviewing all tasks, goals, and programs and working on specific plans with specific assignments,” he said. 

The President suggested that Quang Ninh province effectively streamline the organizational apparatus to make it leaner and stronger.
